If you find yourself in the middle of a life-transition, crisis or experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression, I can help you navigate through that process. I offer a safe space to work through these issues, ultimately leading to a positive and renewed outlook on life, personal growth and healthy relationships.

I am a Registered counsellor, offering psychological support to individuals and couples who are currently experiencing life-stressors and life transitions. Through the implementation of various therapeutic interventions, I aim to equip the individual with coping tools to navigate through these stressors and be a guide in their healing journey.
